Does the jewelry come with a chain?

When the sterling silver bail is chosen, a 16 inch sterling silver courtesy chain is offered free with the jewellery. If the bail is stainless steel, the courtesy chain will also be stainless steel. Gold jewelry comes without a chain.

I would like the pearl but without the chain. Is it possible?

Yes. Simply choose the “no chain” option when selecting the desired item.

How much ash should I send?

Place a teaspoon of ashes in a well-identified resealable plastic bag. Add a second teaspoon for orders over 5 pieces.

Did you receive my ashes?

An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you by email upon receipt of the ashes.

How long will it take before I receive my jewelry?

The order is processed within 48 hours of receipt of the ashes and delivered by registered mail within 14 working days.
