A clear and well-established protocol liaises between the client and the workshop. Ashes are neatly packaged and clearly identified. The unused surplus is returned to the customer with the delivery of the order. A certificate of authenticity signed by the artist accompanies each piece.

Your funeral jewelery is covered against any defect in materials and workmanship, under normal use conditions, for a period of 60 days.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, misuse or improper use, exposure to harsh chemicals including silver polish, swimming pools, spas as these may alter the appearance of your jewelry.
Transport costs are at the expense of Memorable. The repair time is 30 working days. Repairs are free during the 60-day warranty period. When the guarantee has expired, a minimum charge may be added.
Due to the personal nature and uniqueness of each creation, all sales are considered final once payment has been received and no refunds are offered.
Collection of ashes: The courier service used for the collection of ashes is at the expense of JEWELRY FUNERAL.
Delivery of parts: The delivery service is at the customer's expense and payable upon receipt of the parts.
